Leave the crowds behind and walk the 10 minutes to Cove Beach. Basically had it to ourselves for the afternoon, all you can eat food and drink place just a couple minutes down the beach, saw a bunch of big rays, my idea of heaven.

In Cozumel, I highly recommend swimming with dolphins. It was the highlight of our cruise.
