fun to do once. Can’t remember if there are underwater caverns there. If yes that’s fun.

Ruins are are always fun as well but you probably know that.

I don’t enjoy the 4 wheeler adventures myself. Always very tame. Others might disagree

In Cozumel, I highly recommend swimming with dolphins. It was the highlight of our cruise.
