That'd be an interesting way to do it. Maybe 1 yr JC = a true scratch
And a 2nd yr costs you your RS.
If it's any stronger than that, JC would probably morph into something significant rather quickly in the overall D1 system. ...along the lines of what it used to be, only bigger.
And that probably would be a very bad thing, I'd think.
