Someone pointed out to me that many of the huge funds with big stakes in large corporations also are heavily invested
In commercial real estate. Their commercial real estate investments continue to tank if nobody wants space.
I think it’s very very likely that the BlackRocks and State Streets of the world are out there pushing companies they’re big shareholders in to implement RTO just to buoy the CBRE part of rheie portfolio?
Then of course there are cities and chambers of commerce and mayors and everyone else also trying to get people back into the same places they were pre-COVID
