I'm new to security cameras, but from YT it seems pretty straight forward...
Get a bunch of cameras, including doorbell.
Get POE switch
Get an NVR (Network Video Recorder) box with hard drive.
Get a TV or use existing TVs
Run wiring between cameras to POE switch. Run wiring from POE to NVR. Run HDMI from NVR to TV.
I'm not very tech savvy, but this seems pretty straight forward. Is it easy enough as this?
If I have this correct...Is there a specific NVR brand, specs, etc you'd recommend?

Eufy IMO. For the detached garage, I suggest a Reolink camera because it gives about a 180 degree view
