I never noticed that the clock operator never started the clock until after
BYU recovered the final lateral/fumble on the failed Utah kick return. Then, as the head official is stating the game is not over, the final 4 seconds tick off the clock.
Am I the only one that never noticed that?

I remember thinking that during the play but also thought there was no way that play could run and not use the entirety
