Plays each other in the conference. If we get to 4 20 team conferences, you need a way to make sure you’re putting your 2 best in…kind of like a semis and CCG. In that case the conf tourney acts like the first round of the CFP

Swap Ohio St and Texas with ASU and Boise st and 2 of the games would have been better.
