Switched from Rinnai to Navien. Much better so far. Both were great for having
many guests in the house and it worrying about running out of hot water. 6 bedroom 3 baths and LOTS of laundry. (Meant for OP)

You need a hot water recirc pump. Best water invention in a long time and every house should have it imo.
