Had one in Florida in our 4bed 3bath house and have one

in our 3 bed 2.5 bath house in Oregon. No issues and haven't ever run out of hot water.

Switched from Rinnai to Navien. Much better so far. Both were great for having

You need a hot water recirc pump. Best water invention in a long time and every house should have it imo.
