It's nonsensical that it's even a question for me.
I've been in my current house for 18 years.
My gross household income isn't too much less than the listed price of the house 18 years ago when I was 37.
Regardless, I expect it to be paid for within only a couple of years of retirement.
I've decided to blow all of my money on my 10 year-old daughter's club sports team.
