Showed up virtually to court (common practice nowadays) and there was.... nothing. Confused, we check around and discover the day before, the courthouse decided shut down for the day to celebrate the Dodgers parade downtown. The court issued a minute order letting counsel know.... but it arrived by mail two weeks after the hearing. The court rescheduled the important hearing... three months later.
