I paid for the ultrasound on it separately but maybe it was a ton of money just to touch it and ask me to get an ultrasound.

Yes. It’s absolutely out of control. Family Doc salaries start in the $400k range in many mid west cities now.

Family doc average pay in Iowa is 200k-250k. To say they start at 400k is a bit absurd.
