PA made between $35-40 bucks is my estimate of that.
So one can be outraged but should highlight to people that their provider is not the one keeping the lion's share of the revenue generated.
Also, doubt the insurance paid even remotely close to that as whatever is "billed" is usually paid out like 15-20% based on set contracting rates.

Yes. It’s absolutely out of control. Family Doc salaries start in the $400k range in many mid west cities now.
