(and many other players) would come to my friend's house for adjustments, etc. Stockton once played some pick up with my friend group after an appointment. I wasn't there hanging out with them that day (I had a job after school at that point), and I have heard that fricking story a thousand times since then from those who were there. It occurred to me at one point that my friends could be messing with me by telling me that I had missed out on hooping it up with one of my sports heroes.
