I like the 3.0L diesels that GM makes and you can't beat the 5.0L V8 coyote from

Ford. With the price tag of 1/2 ton pickup is over 60-70K, you might as well get the one that is most reliable.

You meant 5k. Even towing a 5000lb car the difference and safety between 3/4 ton and 1/2 ton is night and day.
