This is one example why the health sharing plans work pretty well.
you go and tell them you're a cash payer, you get those similar kinds of cash discounts, and then the funds come pouring in from all the other people sharing health care.
The cash payer discounts are kind of disgusting. Makes me hate the entire 3rd party payer system. Why are we doing this to ourselves?
