We don’t get a match on HSA.
We get up $800/year ($400 if unmarried) if we do certain wellness activities. ($100/qtr for you and spouses can participate) But that’s actual cash if you don’t have an HSA.

For the silver tier or whatever the monthly premium is paid by my employer but nothing toward the HSA.

For how much I actually might need to use it, I prefer the HMO, which is the same HMO I’ve had for basically my entire life.

If I didn’t think our actual coverage would eat up HSA $ then I would have been more for it.
