ABQ easily. Way better weather. Four seasons. Super nice people.
Great airport. Great food. Beautiful pine forest/mountains within an hour. Strong LDS presence.
Not saying Tucson doesn't match up with SOME of these, but I'd say it's only advantage is a prettier desert.
