you're trying to evict her immediately, within three days, even though her lease terminates this month. Is that correct? If so, I have no advice for you other than good luck and I think it would be easier on you, and probably cheaper, to just let her finish out her lease. I guess you must feel she's presenting a real distraction, and possibly a threat, to your other tenants, so I guess you have to do what you have to do.
