I work for the Army in the department over Army Civilian leadership training/education.
I know we cover the various kinds of leadership approaches like Servant Leaders.
I am sure the Soldier side also does something similar since we both use the same Army Doctrine as the base for our instruction.

Both are super smart. In general, I find Army culture produces better servant-leaders than the Navy.
