You have contracts, then you have structure (more). You could do 1yr, 2yr, 3yr
whatever. But, you have these set up and NIL becomes more normalized. You don't have kids throwing out any and all demands. That is the problem right now. Kids can simply demand anything. There needs to be basic contracts that commit kids to a school for the 1-3 years with the agreed upon $$. It would be better for both parties IMO.
But this current state is simply - "What do you want to come to our school" and "I want X,Y and Z to play here or I am gone". Just doesn't work.
