We have a John Deere 334 skid steer, but attachments for that machine run anywhere from $4K to $10k just for a single attachment. And while it's capable, it's too big and heavy for certain uses. Also have several tractors, but again, they're big and heavy, and they're not very agile. I'm looking at it as something I can literally drive up on the sidewalks or driveway and not break concrete or drive in the yard and not leave huge ruts.

Also, the ability to put a post hole auger on the end of the boom and reach over an existing fence to drill a post hole would be really nice
