I usually eat 2-2.5k of calories a day, and burn an average of 3k. Days I workout, I'm burning at least 4k.
It's maybe once a month, maybe 2 months where I have a day of eating more than 3k.
I'm heavier than I've ever been, but much healthier than I was 2.5 years ago. Was around 225, dropped down to 210, then went back up to 220 while eating clean and working out. Probably put on 3-5 lbs of not eating clean for a month, but for the last 1.5 months I've been clean and working out 3-4 times a week.
