You're being cynical about the most irrelevant things
Instead of agreeing with plainly obvious facts, you're digging your heels in to argue a moot point.
Eating less meat and more vegetables is objectively good advice. But, for some reason, you feel some compulsion to be stubborn and drive home the point that sugar is worse? That wasn't even the point being discussed.
