In today's world when anyone can change teams whenever, the teams that keep players in the system for multiple years, develop them in that system, can get a leg up on the competition. I think this is one of the big reasons for this year's success. If we can be the team that does that, which I think the culture Kalani is creating can do that, then we may be able to continue to compete against teams that may recruit better.
