Would be interesting to compare this to non-seniors on each team to calculate a % of players that are eligible to transfer that actually transfer.

EDIT: just did a quick check and OSU had 17 seniors on the depth chart while BYU had 11. So maybe some impact but probably the greater driver is team culture and to what degree coaches are willing to push players off the team in hopes of finding better talent elsewhere.
