I just dont think it will ever change.

A) Kalani and co (this includes ARod) are from Whittingham. They believe in low scoring games. Not sure how you un-Whittingham Kalani's coaching.

B) BYU football is the most visible aspect of the church. I thoroughly believe they (BOT, GAs) have directly influenced the program. Not calling plays or recruiting, but in general approaches and larger strategies. And I will fight on this hill, we are not in the business of RUTS, showboating, or any other spectacles of "crushing" our opponent. Win yes, dominate no.

Even Bronco and Crowton seemed to have this philosophy. Texas w/ Tayson, Oregon in 2006, and Oregon State in the LV Bowl are the only ones I can remember multiple score victories.

RUTS is just not who we are, we (the admins) know this, and are ok with it. Are we the fans?
