I never said in my OP (or any other post for that matter) that BYU should be in the 12 team playoff. I named three factors that caused the B12 to be a 1 bid league, which is a different but related topic. Since you seem to be in love with calling people out on relevance, perhaps you could apply your own logic to your posts.

Also, you are flat out wrong saying that Miami has been out for over a week. Maybe that was the case in your mind, but among national sports writers there has been a significant ongoing debate between Miami vs. 'Bama before they were both crowded out when the bubble shrank because SMU beat Clemson in the last game on the last day of play for the season. The first two out were Alabama and then Miami. Most BYU fans are saying that BYU has a better resume than Miami, which is true, and so if the bubble were two teams bigger then it would make sense for BYU to be in the discussion. BYU was not. That's different from saying BYU should have been selected for the playoff this year.
