Your standard for relevancy is interesting.

I tend to think of the first and second teams out as having some degree of relevancy when discussing the CFP committee's selection criteria. We're talking about the B12 being a one-bid league this year and why that is the case and so it is "relevant" that the B12 would remain a 1 bid league even if Clemson missed that FG putting 'Bama in AND if Notre Dame lost a couple more games putting Miami in.
