Is why the team that is causing the contact....in other words being more physical gets rewarded with less fouls?
It happens in virtually every game. If you're riding a players hip and checking him with impunity while he's dribbling up court that's not a foul I guess. That's just one of numerous examples I could cite.
The refs will call ticky tack stuff, but not the real physical stuff. Make it make sense.
It's not just BYU games, it's other games I watch as well. The most physical team......the one that is fouling and causing contact isn't the one getting more fouls called on them. They're allowed to beat the crap out of their opponent.
