I think there's a chance the CFP committee realizes they dropped BYU too far
last week after a narrow road loss to ASU...and gave Tulane, Iowa State, Clemson, and the SEC 3-loss wall too much credit.
The committee has stated that they start fresh each week.
If there is a significant recalibration this week and then ASU and SMU perform optimally, we *could* see the scenario where BYU sneaks into the CFP over Miami as the #12 at large team.
Not likely, but....BRING ON NOTRE DAME!
