Remember Built essentially cover the costs for walk-ons? In an NIL world schools will find ways to pay walk-ons so that scholarships won't matter. In fact, they could even pay some kids more than a scholarship would cover.

I don't know if scholarships are limited or not - but either way, I'm not sure it matters.
