Ive had turkey from people every bit as confident as you…and with as much assurance as you’re giving. I’ve done several of my own…doing one this year following steps provided by turkey masters. Yeah it’s fine…it is still just turkey. Even the best turkey is still just average to perhaps slightly better than average as far as meat goes.

You can’t turn turkey into a ribeye no matter how you cook it.
