I am huge fan of red meat, and I cook a LOT of tri tip, ribeye, new york, etc.
At least once a week.
I am not saying that if I could only eat one type of meat ever again, it would be turkey. I'm a red meat kind of guy.
However, every time we have turkey now, it is always amazing, and I ask myself why we don't do it more often...
The answer is that I do most of the cooking. My wife cooks the turkey, I cook steak, etc.
