Utah massively struggled on offense this year. I don’t think it’s because they played a daunting defensive schedule. I think it’s because they sucked on offense, had a coordinator who struggled to adapt, and had bad quarterback play. I don’t think it’s because of the quality of the opponents on the defensive side of the ball.

That doesn’t equate to saying that the conference sucked. If you want to do a better job of supporting your argument, please do.
