Jennie O frozen boneless skinless turkey breast, Walmart. Butterball has similar boneless skinless breasts available.

I've done those before, but they are a poor substitute for a big texas-style breast (glued).

Poor in what way? Flavor? Maybe, but all I can say is everyone I've served it to was a big fan

Costco had them too. I found bone-in at a Walmart which is what I wanted for smoking.
