They are brined already as well which is awesome. Just gotta remember to thaw them out in advance. They are around 3 lbs only, so not as big. I'm got 3 this year, might go grab one more though.

I've done those before, but they are a poor substitute for a big texas-style breast (glued).

Costco had them too. I found bone-in at a Walmart which is what I wanted for smoking.
