This has been going on for a few months now. Every few days my wife finds new, raised, red, and itchy bumps. They tend not to cluster in any particular area. They also tend to get pretty swollen and itchy. At first we thought it was mosquitoes since she has always been a mosquito magnet, but the past couple of weeks it has been too cold for that to be the case. We also don't think it is bed bugs. I never have any bites, we've checked our mattress and sheets, and have put out traps and found nothing. She also started wearing leggings and a long sleeve shirt to bed, but found that they would appear under her leggings, which makes us think it isn't bed bugs. We're at a loss about this, but it is starting to drive my wife crazy as she virtually always has an itchy "bite" at any given time.

Anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions?
