We may never rehire him. The LDS HC pool is pretty slim
I’m not saying we want him to leave - I’m simply saying it’s potentially good for BYU whether he stays or goes.
If BYU can retain him they should. If he has goal set on being a HC then that’s good too. It broadens the LDS HC pool if he does well.
