So you’re essentially saying his FCS coach experience is enough to land a P4

HC job. I don’t think that’s realistic. P4 schools don’t hire FCS head coaches often, if ever. So far Hill hasn’t even completed 2 seasons as an FBS coordinator. And one of these seasons stunk.

G5 head coach is exactly what a coach like him needs to get to a P4 job. And as much as I hate to say it, Utah State is perfect for a guy like him who loves Utah and wants/needs to be a head coach.
