Idk if Hill is they type of coach that needs a G5 HC gig at USU to land at a
lower tier P5. 3-4 more years of BYU’s defense improving and continuing to win 9+ games would 100% be enough for someone to come calling.
I think his stint at Weber speaks for itself, and now the complete transformation of BYU’s defense. If he keeps it up I guarantee a Kansas/Baylor/Purdue/Northwestern level program would give him a serious look.
