One of my ancestors died in the Utah County hospital back in the 1930s
She died unexpectedly at age 36 and the official story given to the family was that she died of natural causes. However, I found the death certificate a few years ago and it said she died from multiple blunt force trauma injuries to her head and body.

Had a client years ago that was well known in town. He was found dead in a Motel and it was classified as a OD.
