I know a guy here in Texas who played o line in the NFL for a decade and now lives in a ranch with herd of cattle. I've seen him back down a pissed off bull trying to break through a fence to get to the cows.

He wants to go hunting in the mountain West but refuses to camp. He's terrified of bears, moose and wolves. No amount of explaining to him how rare encounters are and how lucky he would be to see a any of them can sway him. He's just going to stay in his bubble.
