I've never thought of 3 classifications.
If you start playing with it, it addresses travel in a big way and would provide very regional regions.
I mean, if Texas has 6 classifications, you really think Utah could do 3.

Texas actually has 12 classifications. In each class, there’s a Division 1 (large school) & Division 2 (small school).
