Anybody experience something like this?
I'm bringing my number and device from Xfinity mobile to the BYU ATT cellphone plan. A week ago I submitted everything to the BYU cellphone office. I gave them the transfer PIN from Xfinity. My wife's and daughter's numbers transferred easily in a couple of hours. Nothing ever happened with mine so I contacted them and they said my PIN expired (which it does after 24 hours). I sent them another one. No response again. I contacted them again and they said Xfinity has to "approve" the transfer. That didn't sound right because Xfinity never approved the other two but I called Xfinity spoke to 2 different people including the "advanced" team and they all said everything was fine and that ATT just had to make the switch. I told BYU and they said my PIN was expired (of course). So I sent them a new one. Another guy responded AGAIN that Xfinity had to approve it. I told him what I told the other guy. He said PIN was expired AGAIN. I sent them another. So, I have currently sent them 4 PINs. It's been a week. It's just a constant run around and I'm communicating with a bunch of different BYU students in the cellphone office who don't really seem to care. Any clue what's going on?
