Just had a coworker that had their tickets transferred without their consent.
Ticketmaster suggested going through the venue (this was for a Washington Capitals game). Ticketmaster eventually got the tickets back to her the day of the event but the venue gave her new tickets. I don’t know if the ASU ticket office would be as helpful but unless you got your money back you should get compensation from either Ticketmaster or Stubhub.
All that to say, I’d recommend calling the venue.
