CB, tell me why I shouldn't switch banks to get the 4% Visa from USBank?

We try to pay all of our bills through our CC, so we spend a ton of money on it every year. Currently, we have a 2% Venture card so this would double points earned and you can get straight cashback instead of just getting travel rewards. Also no annual fee is awesome.
