That makes sense. The bias is because of the teams at the top
Top 2 big ten and Top 2 SEC teams are far and away better teams that Top 2 ACC or Top 2 Big 12. But the middling teams in the Big 12 I would argue are better than the middling teams in any of those other conferences.
