Hes far from elite and only had a few comps in air over 30 yds the entire season
He's had 3 completions in the air over 30 yds vs P4 schools and 2 vs an FCS school SIU for a total of 5 long ball completions... You can literally count them on one hand. I might actually revise my estimate of his deep ball accuracy to under 15% after digging into the data.
This if FAR from elite... Here is how it breaks down:
He didn't have a single completion over 25 yds in the air vs Kansas
He had 1 vs Utah (to Roberts on the last critical drive)
He had zero vs UCF
He had 1 vs Ok St. (first play of the game to Lassiter)
He had zero vs AZ
He had 1 vs Baylor
He had zero vs Kansas St.
He had zero vs Wyoming
He had zero vs SMU
He had 2 vs and FCS school, SIU
