I feel that way about every trip I've ever taken.
But here were the highlights:
Hike Mt. Batilamu--right off the arrival flight. Tried to beat the jet lag, mostly succeeded. We are both in decent shape and exercise regularly. About 4 hours total time, pretty tough, view was totally worth it
1 day fishing charter - some reef fishing, a little trawling in deeper water, and a few other spots. Didn't catch a ton, but saw plenty of other islands.
Sigatoka Sand Dunes national park - the dunes are enormous. Worth an afternoon, but the wind was blowing hard and the beach has strong currents so it isn't good for swimming.
Ziplining - was on my wifes bucket list for a long time, so we did it. Yes, you can do it anywhere, but it was really fun in the Fiji forest treetops and the views were awesome.
the resort itself was so nice, and the lagoon and beach so convenient we spent a lot of time just relaxing there.
As a side note, every single fijian that we met was awesome. They were genuinely kind, welcoming, and hospitable. We've done Hawaii before and agree that on the whole Fiji was much more tourist friendly
